The aging Centre Monnaie used to be mostly frequented because of its underground connections to the Brussels public transportation and its top location (Place la Monnaie, Rue Neuve...). It is directly connected to station De Brouckere. It was globally redeveloped under The Mint project by AG Real Estate and Devimo. It accomodates some 20 stores including several MS : Decathlon, Kiabi and the first Uniqlo store in Brussels.
