- Shopping centre situated in the sud-eastern outskirts of Dresden, by the B 172 road. In January 2014, Morgan Stanley and Redos acquired it (along 3 other shopping centres - Kaufpark Eiche, Havel Park and Wust Center Brandenburg forming the Christie portfolio) from a consortium lead by Prudential. In December 2016, Madison acquired the Morgan Stanley stake in the Christie Portfolio.
