Located both near the ''Zuid WTC'' metro and railway station and the A10 motorway, the Mahler 4 project includes some 10.000 sqm of retail, some 160.000 sqm of offices, 30.000 sqm of residential area and entertainment facilities, occupying several buildings. It has been developed in different phases by a consortium including ING Real Estate, Fortis Vastgoed, G&S Vastgoed as well as the City of Amsterdam. It is a part of the urban project ''Zuidas Amsterdam'', in a area which already accomodates a large business activity (including the headquarters of ABN Amro bank, the World Trade Center etc...).
