The former Galeries de la Toison d'Or project were remodeled and redeveloped by ING in cooperation with the Gillon family, owner of the site (50%/50%). The passage links Avenue de la Toison d'Or to the Chaussée d'Ixelles. Fnac is the main anchor of the new shopping arcade with 3.000 sqm. It also accomodates an UGC multiplex cinema and a theatre. Prupim acquired Galerie Toison d'Or for 62 M € in April 2012.
