- Located to the south-east of Avignon by the RN7 (and about 1 km souther than its main competitor Géant Cap Sud), the Mistral 7 Shopping Centre which was refurbished in 2000 is anchored by an Auchan hypermarket, Decathlon (now located outside) and includes a shopping arcade of some 50 shops (among them Flunch, Celio, Pimkie, Brice...and more recently H&M). Between the two shopping centres has developed an important commercial area along the RN7: Castorama, Camaieu, Aubert, Fly are some of the stores located there. Immochan has developed a 30.000 sqm retail park around Mistral 7 to accomodate among others Darty (transfered from Cap Sud), Alain Afflelou, Laurie Lumière, Salon Center, La Halle ! (see ZA N7 - La Cristole). In 2014, OPCI SPF2 acquired a part of it (13.000 sqm, 12 stores) as well as the Strauss Group (7.400 sqm, 7 stores).
- Situé au sud est d'Avignon, en bordure de la RN7 (et environ 1 km plus au sud que son principal concurrent Géant Cap Sud), le centre commercial Mistral 7 qui a été rénové en 2000 a pour locomotives principales l'hypermarché Auchan, Décathlon (désormais implanté à l'extérieur) et comprend une galerie marchande d'une cinquantaine de boutiques (dont Flunch, Celio, Pimkie, Brice...et plus récemment H&M). Entre les deux centres commerciaux s'est développé une importante zone d'activités le long de la RN 7 : Castorama, Camaieu, Aubert, Fly, entre autres, y sont présents. Immochan a développé autour de Mistral 7 un parc d'activités d'environ 30.000 m2. Il accueille entre autres, Darty, Alain Afflelou, Laurie Lumière, Salon Center, La Halle !
