- Located on the main street of Brest, Rue Jean Jaurès, the two-storey Coat Ar Gueven shopping centre includes some 40 shops, among them C&A, Sephora, Mac Donald's, Grand Optical, 1.2.3, Camaïeu.... It is about 50 metres far from the new "Espace Jaurès" shopping centre. Altarea acquired it from Locafimo in 2005 and sold it (along with Espace Jaurès) to Jesco in 2010. In 2011, Financière Teychené acquired 3.300 sqm (including the C&A store).
