Espace Jaurès

Located in the former Nouvelles Galeries building on the main street of Brest, rue Jean Jaurès, the three-store Espace Jaurès shopping centre opened in septembre 2002. It is linked to Printemps department store by a footbridge. Anchored by Fnac (2000 sqm), Mango, H&M and since 2008 New Look, it is positionned on a slighly upper range than the Coat Ar Gueven Shopping Centre located about 50 metres away. In 2010, Altarea Cogedim sold it (along with Coat Ar Gueven) to Jesco for some 100 M€. Among the latest openings : Desigual on 434 sqm.
Implanté sur l'ancien site des Nouvelles Galeries, sur la rue n°1 de Brest, la rue Jean Jaurès, le Centre Commercial de 3 étages, Espace Jaurès a ouvert ses portes en septembre 2002. Il est relié au magasin Printemps par une passerelle. Avec comme principales locomotives la Fnac (2000 m2), Mango, H&M et depuis 2008 New Look, il a un positionnement légèrement plus haut de gamme que le C.C Coat Ar Gueven distant d'une cinquantaine de mètres. En 2010, Altarea Cogedim a vendu Espace Jaurès et Coat Ar Gueven à Jesco pour environ 100 M €. Parmi les récentes ouvertures : Desigual sur 434 m2.
