The W Shopping Woluwe

Woluve has just been totally remodelled and is known now as W Center. This mall has always been considered as the best of Belgium (although today Wijnegem might have surpassed it). This due to its location in one of the more affluent areas of Brussels. It is also directly served by the underground. All main retailers are present, the latest of them being H&M (2000 sqm, on two levels, formely occupied by Habitat). An extension of 10.000 sqm was rejected by administrative authorizations in 2009. In 2017, Eurocommercial is to acquire the shopping centre (but the Inno and Match stores owned by AG Real Estate) for 468 M€ (including the 10.000 sqm planned extension).
