Huma Einkaufspark St. Augustin

A three storey retail park / shopping centre located to the north-east of Bonn. It used to be anchored by a 22.000 sqm Real and several medium-sized stores like Adler (3000 m2), Intersport Voswinkel (which replaced Karstadt Sport), Saturn, Vögele, Reno... completed by several stand-alone megastores (Metro, Hellweg....) located in the vicinity. The new owner Jost Hurler planed to renovate and expand it by some 15.000 sqm but the project was stopped in June 2012. After modification of the planning, the project was relaunched end 2013. First phase was inaugurated in October 2015. Grand Opening took place in Autumn 2017 with some 130 shops on 39.000 sqm of sales area.
