- DGAG / Pirelli RE developed a important urban program around this railway station (30.000 travelers/day). It includes some 10.000 sqm of retail area (including two supermarkets, Rewe on 2.300 sqm and Penny on 1.000 sqm) named "Gosslers Park", as well as offices, housing and cultural facilities (including a library) and 450 parking places. In 2006, ING Real Estate Development acquired 50% of the development.
