- The four storey center is located in the heart of the old town, between the streets "Altmarkt" und "Wallstraße". Catchment Area: appr. 1,000,000 inhabitants within 45 min. approach. A 18.000 sqm extension with some 90 new shops (including 3 medium-sized stores) and a new access on Postplatz was inaugurated in March 2011. National retail chains like Butlers, Reno, Boss, Eterna, as well as international fashion brands like Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Promod, G Star or Joseph Ribkoff are some of the new tenants. Investors : Deutsche EuroShop, TLG-Immobilien. In April 2013, Deutsche Euroshop acquired the 33% stake of TLG Immobilien for about 70 M€ and now owns 100% of it.
