The Galeria Echo Shopping and Entertainment Center in Kielce has so far no real competition (except for a Real hypermarket as a stand alone). The Kinoplex Cinema has opened, summer 2003. A 41.000 sqm expansion was inaugurated in Summer 2011, two parking lots were transformed into retail and entertainment areas to accomodate some 200 new shops including Dekorada, the section dedicated to home furnishings (5.000 sqm). The parking area has been extended to reach 2.300 places (August 2009). The centre now represents some 70.000 sqm of sales area.
