MAHÜ77 (Generali Center)

This 3 storey shopping arcade is located on the very busy Mariahilferstrasse. Anchored by a Zielpunkt supermarket, it was mainly occupated by local shops, although Swarovski and Nike occupied stores with access on Mariahilferstrasse. Redevco Central Europe acquired it from Generali Versicherung end 2007. The centre closed Dec 31st 2015 for a complete revamping. Rebranded MAHÜÜ77, it accomodates 3 negastores : Eurospar on 1.000 sqm, CCC on 2.500 sqm and the first TK Maxx store in Wien on 3.000 sqm.
