This two-storey regional shopping centre is located 7 km south/west of the city, by Weiserstrasse (along which many medium-sized stores are situated) and less than a kilometre far from its main competitor Plus City Pashing. Although its was renovated, it hardly suffered from this competition and left most of its tenants in the last years. Its owner the JOHA Gebäude-Errichtungs- und Vermietungsgesellschaft (Bank Austria Real Invest) since Oct.2008, is planning a complete remodelling to transform it into an hybrid concept mixing a shopping centre and a factory outlet on 12.000 sqm. It will then be named Smart City. ROS Retail Outlet will manage the factory outlet. In January 2016 Bank Austria put the project on sale.
