This two-storey shopping centre is located south west of Linz by Welserstrasse (and less than a kilometre far from its main competitor UNO shopping centre). In its vicinity, are located medium-sized stores such as Bauhaus and Dehner. An extension of 23000 m2 (including Peek & Cloppenburg, Zara) opened in september 2004.
