7-storey shopping arcade located in the former Gerngross department store (which was created in 1879) on Mariahilferstrasse. The department store was transformed in "shop in shop"shopping arcade in 1997 by its new owners (Palmers, Wolford and Hans Schmid) It is anchored by a Merkur supermarket, Saturn, Sports Experts and Zara. The new owner Deka Immobilien which acquired it in 2004 for 110 M € totally renovated it. Opening of first phase : July 2010. Complete opening : October 2010.
