- The formerly small shopping centre (8.000 sqm) was extended to become a regional shopping centre in March 2007. A new exit was created on the Ostbahn highway and it is serviced by a bus line. It accomodates new anchors like Thalia, Hervis, C&A, H&M and the Kastner & Öhler fashion department store. It was once extended by 6.500 sqm in 2018 to reach 43.000 sqm. Developer/investor : SES.
