- The former Epicentre centre (anchor : Leclerc) situated in the heart of Epinay sur Seine which was inaugurated in 1974 was pulled down and replaced by a new two-storey shopping centre called L'Ilo and anchored by a 10.000 sqm Auchan hypermarket and 3 MS (including H&M and Sephora).
