- This multifunctional centre is situated near to the Stock Exchange in Frankfurt. This building is subdivided into four parts with different use of each. The space of 15,000 sqm will be used as follows: 2,000 sqm apartments, 8,700 sqm offices, 2,100 sqm retail and gastronomy.
