- This shopping arcade located between Breite Gasse (one of the busiest streets of Cologne) and the Opera house, and nearby Dumont Carrée shopping arcade also accomodates a theater. Inaugurated in 1964, it has been remodelled in 1998 by the Brune group. In 2006, Walter Brune sold it to Meryll Lynch and ECE. In August 2012, Promarkt opened on 3.500 sqm (transfer from Dumont Carré). Opern Passage was sold to a private investor in September 2012.
