Haven Höövt

A two storey shopping and entertainment centre developed by AVW in the northern outskirts of Bremen, by the Vegesack harbour. Prime Commercial Properties acquired it from AVW in 2005. Management : CBRE Richard Ellis (since January 2009). Wesbau-Baubetreuungsgesellschaf bought the insolvent shopping centre in 2017. The site will be redeveloped : the retail surface will be reduced to 11.500 sqm and new apartments are to be created. Kaufland will be the main anchor on 3.500 sqm. Opening scheduled end 2018.
