This two-storey shopping and entertainment centre is located next to the new Espanyol football stadium (between Cornella and Prat de Llobregat) and the M2 motorway. Splau ! is organized around two squares, each dedicated to one theme : sports and entertainment. This last one is anchored by a multiplex cinema (10.000 sqm). The sports square also includes a Mercadona hypermarket. Investors Grupo Lar and Grosvenor sold their shares to Acciona Inmobiliaria in 2007. In October 2011, Unibail-Rodamco acquired Splau for 189 M €.
