This project is the redevelopment of the former three storey shopping arcade "Grande Galerie" situated opposite to the Erlangen Arcaden in the pedestrian area. It is anchored by Zara (2.100 m²), 1982 (1.100 m²), TK Maxx (which took over the Humanic store in 2016 (the store was extended to 2.500 sqm) and DM (750 m²). Developer B&L Gruppe.
