Supersam

The Supersam shopping centre was first built in 1934 and is located in the very centre of Katowice. From ul. Piotra Skargi are the main bus stopsand PKS bus terminal from Chorzów - Gliwice and Sosnowiec - Dąbrowa Górnicza and surrounding area. Because of its positioning, there are 30.000 potential customers passing this centre, with approx, 17.000 walk ins per day. In 2015, it was remodelled and extended to reach 23.000 sqm of sales area and was completed by a 400-unit car park. In November 2011, Resolution Property acquired 80% stake in Supersam, part of its joint-venture with Prime Properties (Centrum Development). In 2013, Griffin Real Estate acquired the project from Centrum Development.
