- Belvedère is a major urban project which will occupy some 280 hectares in the north -western outskirts of Maastricht. This new district will accomodate some 4.000 flats as well as 75.000 sqm of office area. The project also includes different shopping hubs. The whole project will be achieved around 2025/2030. Developers : ING Asset Management, 3W Vastgoed, BPF Bouwinvest and the Municipality of Maastricht.
