Lentia City

A local shopping arcade located in a high building in the densely populated district of Urfahr. A large part of the shopping arcade was acquired by Ernst Kirchmayr (Plus City) in 1996 to create a "Mini Plus City". But the project has been postoned since then because of the opposition of one co-owner. The case was taken to court in Februar 2006, where it had been proved that this co-owner was in fact linked to the owner of Uno Shopping Leonding and his opposition was considered as an abuse of power. After this legal decision, the project has been relaunched and the renovated and extended shopping arcade reopened in 2008 under the name of Lentia City. A 6.000 sqm extension to link the shopping arcade to the Hauptstrasse was completed in 2010.
