- Renoma was first built in 1929 and is located towards the top end of the high street called, ul. Świdnicka. Because of its location, it's well known by shoppers in Wrocław. It was remodeled and extended and now accomodates some 120 shops including Esprit, Mexx, Zara as well as several up-market fashion brands. TK Maxx opened in 2009. In 2012 Centrum Development & Investment sold Renoma to Griffin Real Estate for some 120 M €.
