This project located between Ludgeristrasse, Prinzipalmarkt and Salzstrasse has been launched by the city of Münster. After a competition, the city authorities selected the project of Harpen AG. It accomodates some 9.800 sqm of retail area, with Karstadt Sport (3.464 sqm) and Esprit (2.402 sqm) as main anchors. The scheme also accomodates a public parking lot, housings, and a Ramada Treff hotel (138 rooms). SEB Asset Management acquired the scheme from Harpen for 68 M € end 2009 and sold it to "Die Württembergische Lebensversicherung" for 73 M € in November 2011.
