- The GROTE LIJN was a department store situated at the corner of Lijnbaan and Binnenwegplein in the centre of Rotterdam. It was restored and extended to contain three floors of shopping units. The upper floors accomodate appartments. The new shopping arcade is named "Linea Nova".
