Metromar

Metromar is a three storey shopping and entertainment centre which is a part of a large urban development also including housing. The lower floor mostly accomodates the Mercadona supermarket and services, the first floor is mainly dedicated to fashion and the upper floor to entertainment and restaurants as well as a 10-screen multiplex cinema. A new metro station will service it. Developer : Novaindes. In 2017 Schroders bought it from UBS Asset Management for 52,5 M € (UBS acquired it in 2007 just before the housing crisis for 100 M €).
