Two-level shopping centre located in the northern outskirts of Brno, next to the new ringroad inaugurated in 2002, was developed by Carrefour. Anchored by a 7.500 sqm Tesco (formerly Carrefour until 2007) hypermarket, the shopping centre is open seven days a week and is the dominant shopping centre in the North of Brno. A 12.000 sqm expansion has been granted. In 2017, CPI Property Group acquired it from Aerium.
