- This entertainment hub includes several entities : Mediterraneo, a themed shopping and entertainment centre in Mediterranean syle (with some 40 shops) inaugurated in October 2008, Klimahaus an "edutaiment" centre on the climatic conditions opened in June 2009, a sea zoo and the existing German Maritime Museum. This scheme is a part of the restructuring program of the existing harbour area. In 2019, Mediterraneo will be redeveloped into an outlet centre. Developer/investor : AVW Immobilien.
