Shopping street with many office buildings in its vicinity. It is situated next to the department store Corte Inglès de la Castellana, the most important one in Madrid. Few opportunities due to the shortness of the street (150 M). In January 2014, Mango acquired the building at n°13 to open a 2.500 sqm megastore in 2015. Decathlon took over the former Mango store at n°1 and opened a 350 sqm city store in August 2016.
