Roppenheim The Style Outlets

This project initially developed by Freeport is located some 40 km north of Strasbourg, near the German border, Baden Baden and Karlsruhe (German customers representing 80% of its catchment area). The project was authorized end 2004 by CNEC. The appeal made against this decision was rejected Spring 2006. Since October 2009, the project has been developed by the Mab/Neinver joint venture. It accomodates some 100 shops including several German fashion brands (Bianca, Digel, Seidensticker...). In January 2015, Neinver sold a 50% stake of it to Tiaa Henderson Real Estate as part of their new partnership.
Ce projet initialement développé par Freeport est situé à environ 40 km au nord de Strasbourg, près de la frontière allemande, de Baden Baden et Karlsruhe (la clientèle allemande représentant 80% de sa zone de chalandise). Le projet fut autorisé par la CNEC fin 2004. Un recours déposé contre cette décision auprès du Conseil d'Etat fut rejeté au printemps 2006. En octobre 2009 le projet a été repris par la joint-venture Mab/Neinver. Le centre accueille une centaine de boutiques dont plusieurs enseignes de mode germaniques (Bianca, Digel, Seidensticker...). En janvier 2015 Neinver a cédé 50% du centre à Tiaa Henderson Real Estate, dans le cadre de leur nouveau partenariat.
