A high-end outlet village some 30 km south of Wien, near Wiener Neustadt and by the A2 highway, developed by the Austrian company European Outlets, Immoconsult (20%). The first phase of Leoville was inaugurated in may 2005, but the centre was fully open in september 2005. As it never succeeded to be fully let, it closed June 30th, 2008. It reopened in october 2013 under the name "Bloomfield" as a "lifestyle centre" mainly accomodating regional and national fashion brands completed by leisure activities.
