Family Village Mougins

A project of retail park which is located by the N85, at mid-distance between Cannes and Grasse. 27.000 sqm of sales area developed as a pedestrian air mall with an underground car park. A 23.000 sqm Ikea could be one of the anchors (if authorized). But this project is postponed as local authorities rejected the whole project (Family and Ikea) in February 2007 and this decision was confirmed by national authorities in September 2007. A new project, slightly smaller (26 335 sqm), wad prepared to be proposed to approval to local authorities. But after the cancelation of the CNEC decision, it was the original project which was presented to the CNAC and once again rejected.Project currently on hold.
Un projet de parc d'activités situé en bordure de la N85, à mi distance entre Cannes et Grasse. 27.000 m2 de surfaces de vente pour une galerie marchande ouverte avec un parking souterrain. Ikea pourrait en être la principale locomotive sur 23.000 m2 (sous réserve d'autorisations administratives). La CDEC a rejeté l'ensemble du projet en février 2007 (Family et Ikea), décision confirmée par la CNEC en septembre 2007. Un nouveau projet, plus petit (26.335 m2) a été préparé. Mais après l'annulation du refus de la CNEC c'est finalement le projet initial qui a été présenté à la CNAC, pour essuyer un nouveau refus. Projet actuellement "gelé".
