Located west of Sevilla, in the Castilleja de la Cuesta district and by the A 49 highway, this shopping centre is anchored by a 22.000 sqm Ikea store which was inaugurated end of january 2004 and is integrated in the building. The two-storey shopping arcade (18.000 sqm) inaugurated in june 2004 is anchored by Mercadona, Zara, Mango, Merkaconfort. An extension dedicated to leisure of 20.000 sqm is under study. As the creation of a 14-screen Dreams multiplex cinema was abandoned, it will accomodate some 30 shops (including Forum on 2.000 sqm) and restaurants as well as some 600 new underground parking places in a building adjacent to the shopping centre. Developers : Parque Castilleja / Castle Management - Investors : Ikea / Castle Management. Grupo Lar (with Morgan Stanley) acquired the shopping centre (but the Ikea store) in July 2006 for 102 M Euros (20.060 sqm SBA). In 2015, CBRE Global Investors acquired it from Grupo Lar for 75 M€.
