Retail park located north of Avignon (in the same area than Auchan Porte du Soleil) w anchored by an Ikea megastore and 17 medium-sized stores. 22 shops complete the offer. The architecture is inspired by a small town shopping street. Mab studied some time the creation of a Domus centre on the same area. The project was authorized by local authorities in September 2008. The Ikea store opened in 2010, the retail park one year later.
Retail park situé au nord d'Avignon (a proximité du centre commercial régional Auchan Porte du Soleil) qui s'articule autour d'un magasin Ikea et 17 moyennes surfaces. 22 boutiques complètent l'offre commerciale. L'architecture s'inspire d'une rue commerçante de petite ville. Mab avait étudié un projet Domus dans la même zone précédemment. Accord CDEC obtenu en septembre 2008. Le magasin Ikea a ouvert en 2010, le retail park un an plus tard.
