Auchan Faches retail park

A retail park of some 30 medium-sized stores is completing the Auchan Faches Thumesnil shopping centre, located by the A1, south of the conurbation. An extension (about 15.000 sqm) was developed by Immochan and Mougin Investissements for 9 medium-sized stores, including Boulanger (2.965 sqm), Jysk (1.000 sqm), Artrium. Amiland et Oxybul were transfered in this new area. In 2013, Immochan sold a part of the retail park to Etixia (Kiabi group). A small extension is under way to accomodate 3 new stores including Devianne and Vib's (Beaumanoir)
Le centre commercial Auchan Faches Thumesnil, situé en bordure de l'A1, au sud de l'agglomération, est complété par un parc d'une trentaine de moyennes surfaces. Une extension d'environ 15.000 m2 a été développée en partenariat par Immochan et Mougin Investissements pour la création de 9 moyennes surfaces dont Boulanger (2.965 m2), Jysk (1.000 m2), Artrium. Amiland et Oxybul ont été transférés dans cette nouvelle zone. En 2013, Immochan a cédé une partie du retail park à Etixia (groupe Kiabi). Une petite extension est en cours pour créer 3 nouveaux magasins, dont Devianne et Vib's (Beaumanoir).
