- Shopping centre located between the N1 and D123. It is anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket and is completed by a retail park including Kiabi, Toys 'R' Us, Gemo, La Halle ! (see ZAE Les Perruches). The administrative authorities (CDEC) refused the expansion plan of the hypermarket (+4.000 sqm) in 2004 but authorized a 2.500 sqm expansion end 2005.
