A park of medium-sized stores developed around the Carrefour Villabé shopping centre. Decathlon, La Halle !, Saint Maclou, Casa are some of them. An Ikea megastore is also located not far from it, on the same side of the A6 expressway. The creation of some 40.000 sqm (31.493 sqm of sales area, including 13.760 sqm for Castorama and 7.248 sqm for Jardiland) on ZAC des Brateaux were authorized in October 2008 by local authorities.
