Shopping and entertainment centre which is a part a large urban scheme north of Lisbon. A metro line services it. It is anchored by a 23.000 sqm Auchan - Jumbo hypermarket and a 12.000 sqm Leroy Merlin and is now the second largest shopping centre in the country. It is completed by a Kidzania kids' entertainment centre (6.500 sqm). Investment : about 400 M €. Chamartin sold Dolce Vita Tejo to Baupost and Eurofund in 2015 for 170 M€. They sold it to Axa for 230 M€.
