Eroski Ribera del Xuquer

A two storey shopping and leisure centre located in Carcaixent, south of Valencia, and anchored by a Eroski supermarket and originally by a 11-screen Cinebox multiplex which closed in September 2008. The freed space was remodelled to accomodate new anchors like C&A and H&M. Eroski/ GE Capital / Lar Grosvenor sold the shopping arcade (22.000 sqm) to USB Real Estate in 2009 (Eroski remaining the owner of the hypermarket and the petrol station). It is completed since end 2011 by a 2.600 sqm Decathlon unit situated opposite to the centre. In September 2015, CBRE Global Investors acquired the shopping arcade.
