- The "Seine Arche" urban project is located around the "Nanterre Université" RER station and the Paris X University. It includes housing and office areas, the creation of a new station, the remodeling of the university buildings but also 40.000 sqm of retail area. Altarea-Eiffage have been selected to develop this program (architect : J.Paul Viguier). The other competitors were AM Development-Bouygues-CG Haus Invest and Apsys-Foncière Euris-Nexity.
- Le projet urbain "Seine Arche" s'articule autour de la gare RER "Nanterre Université" et de l'université Paris X. Il inclut logements, bureaux, la création d'une nouvelle gare, la restructuration des bâtiments universitaires mais aussi la création de 40.000 m2 de surfaces commerciales. Le groupement Altarea-Eiffage a été choisi pour développer ce programme (architecte : J.Paul Viguier). Les autres candidats étaient les groupements AM Development-Bouygues-CG Haus Invest et Apsys-Foncière Euris-Nexity.
