- This shopping and entertainment centre is located in Brünnen, in the western outskirts of Bern, by the A1 expressway is part of a large urban development. The futurist shopping arcade designed by Daniel Libeskind accomodates a Migros supermarket, a Globus department store, a 11-screen Pathé multiplex cinema, a fitness centre and an event-swimming pool, a food court of 10 restaurants and 55 shops. Alltogether 2.600 sqm for gastronomy and 23.500 sqm for retail space. The shopping hub is completed by a 144-room Holiday Inn hotel as well as 95-flat senior citizens residence "Senecasita". Die futuristischen Shoppingarkade die vom Desginer Daniel Libeskind entworfen wurde, ist einen Migros Markt, Globus, ein Pathé Mediaplex-Kino mit 11 Sälen, ein Fitnesscenter sowie ein Erlebnisbad (eine Mischung zwischen Säntispark und Vals) beinhalten. Ausserdem kann man hier 10 Restaurants (2.600 m²) 55 Einzelhandelsflächen (23'500 m²) befinden. Dieses Einkaufszentrum ist ausserdem durch ein Holiday Inn Hotel mit 144 Zimmern sowie eine Seniorenresidenz "Senecasita" mit 95 Wohnungen abgerundet. Insgesamt sind für Erholung, Kultur und Freizeit 18'000 m² geplant. Entwickler und Investor ist die Neue Brünnen AG, Mehrheitsgesellschafter ist die Migros.
