Neue Mitte Fürth

Sonae Sierra developed a project of three-level shopping arcade downtown Fürth to be anchored by a 4-screen multiplex cinema. It was located in the vicinity of the train station as well as the existing City Point shopping arcade. But the project was frozen as the owner of a parcel of land refused to sell it. A new competition took place and was won by MIB in July 2011. The new (smaller) scheme is situated along Rudolf Breitscheid Strasse, all the stores overlooking the street. C&A, Mengin, TK Maxx, DM, Mango are some of the tenants. Opening of phase 1 : March 2015. Opening of phase 2 : September 2015. MIB sold the scheme to Deka in 2016.
