Messehaus am Markt/Messehof

This shopping arcade located at the corner of Peterstrasse and Marktplatz is the refurbishment of the former Messehaus building and of the Messehof passage which links Peterstrasse to Neumarkt (and is parallel to Mädlerpassage). The project was completed in 2006, but several stores already opened in october 2004 in the Messehaus building (including the 1.600 sqm, three storey Zara megastore). It also accomodates a 3.500 sqm C&A a 2.650 sqm H&M. The upper floors are dedicated to office areas. Developer : MIB AG/ MAB. Investor : Gutman Investment.
