- This two-storey shopping centre developed in cooperation with the city of Wien is located in the Prater (in the district of Leopoldstadt), south west of the city, next to the Ernst Happel Stadium (Euro 2008) and by the crossroad of the A 23 (south ringway) and the A 4/E 60 (East expressway). It is a part of a large urban development along the new underground station "Stadion" (U2 line) which will service it. 13.000 inhabitants live in its immediate vicinity (and 93.000 inhabitants in Leopoldstadt).
