Quadrio is a multipurpose programm of 6 buildings built above the "Narodni Trida" metro station (one of the busiest stations in Prague). It accomodates a 8.500 sqm, 4-storey shopping centre and 19.000 sqm of office and residential space. The scheme is connected directly to the MY department store. A Tesco store is also located next to it. Copa sold a 50% stake to CPI Group in August 2011. In March 2013, CPI acquired the remaining 50% stake from Sebastian Pawlowski.
