This shopping arcade links the Ku'Damm to Lietzenburgerstr. and Uhlandstr. to Knesebeckstr. Eurocastle Investment Ltd sold the shopping arcade to Ballymore Properties Ltd in September 2007. MFI was working on its complete remodelling but the project was at standstill as Ballymore sold the project to Cells Bauwelt. The project could be relaunched in a new future.
